Event type: Corporate, by-invitation-only event. Automotive. Global car Launch.

Praga Cars wanted to host an experiential, invitation-only event in Dubai to reveal their latest innovation in Hyper Cars, The Praga Bohema. The guests at the event would be a curated list of invitees consisting of tier-one media, automotive content creators, and select VIP potential buyers.

Alongside the Praga team and our partners at The Space, we produced an exceptional evening attended by over 200 pax, successfully revealing the Praga Bohema and launching the world’s first street-legal race car under 1000kgs from Dubai and onto the world stage.

Event type: Corporate employees’ event. Cultural.

Al Masaood is one of the leading trading families in Abu Dhabi with a rich diversity of companies and businesses across various industries such as Automotive (Abu Dhabi dealership for Nissan, Infiniti, and Renault), Real Estate, Marine, Industrial, and Business Services. With over 50 years in operation and over 3000 staff across the UAE, this business and industrial heavyweight wanted to host an event for their employees to celebrate the 51st National Day of the United Arab Emirates. The event must include UAE national and cultural activities and an engaging program in a uniquely designed outdoor venue.

Working closely with the ever-active Al Masaood team, we created a traditional village that hosted guests from across the group’s companies. The event was themed to represent the UAE’s unique ‘Land and Sea’ heritage, bridging the cultural gaps and creating memories for over 600 pax.

Event type: VIP. An invitation-only event. Book Launch. NFT Launch.

World-renowned chef Vikas Khanna, in association with NFT pioneers Akshaya.io, decided to reveal and launch the chef’s extraordinary book, ‘The Sacred Foods of India,’ in Dubai. The book will be launched in its unique physical format and its digital twin as an NFT. This would become the world’s first ‘Phyigital’ launch.  Through an online auction using cryptocurrency and blockchain contracts, the sales of this limited-edition book would be minted in the blockchain. The 150-guest VIP event will be hosted at Jebel Ali Hotel, the home of Vikas Khanna’s Kinara Restaurant in Dubai. The guests will include media, Bollywood stars, prominent community leaders, and local VIP guests.

With client teams flying from the US and India in a relatively tight timeframe, we delivered an event that ticked all the boxes. As a result, the World’s first Phyigital launch was completed with a full-house attendance and a fine dining experience hosted by a world-class chef.

Event type: Corporate experiential PR event.

McCafé by McDonald’s is building a more prominent presence in the region. They source high-quality Arabica beans for their coffee which makes their coffee experience one of the finest there is out there. To highlight their offering publicly, they wanted to invite a select group of content creators and influencers from across the GCC to partake in an informative and entertaining coffee journey in an experiential setting. And by the way, the event’s purpose and brand remain a secret till the guests arrive at the venue!

Our scope:

 

  • Event theme design – every element of the event was considered to match the coffee journey

  • Venue selection

  • Design of invitation mechanics

  • Design and production of the event set

  • Design and production of branding elements

  • Selection and programming of engaging activities

  • Design and production of experiential photo-ops

  • Planning and execution of logistics (flights, accommodation, local transport)

  • Personalization of the pre/during, and post-event experience for each guest

From serving their favorite coffee drink on arrival at DXB to personalizing a music playlist based on each guest’s preference, this was the level of detail involved with this event. After months of planning and coordination, along with the various McDonald’s teams, we successfully delivered a world-class experiential event hosting some of the GCC’s most popular content creators through a two-day aromatic and delicious coffee journey.

Event type: Corporate partners’ event. Regional product launch.

ZEISS vision care, the leading producer of eyeglass lenses and diagnostic tools, called upon us to plan an event for the regional launch of their latest industry innovations, ZEISS ClearView and ZEISS PhotoFusion X. We were tasked with, in their words, an impossible mission. The event is their first in the region and carries significant importance. The guests will be opticians and industry experts. The benchmark was the European versions of the same launch event. The challenge for us was to meet their expectations.

Over almost two months, regular weekly meetings with the ZEISS team, and multiple venue site visits, we successfully delivered a straightforward yet highly sophisticated experiential event with detail and precision. Attended by over 200 guests in an unusual setting, the event was hailed by both the attendees and the client.
