Development of site-based launch strategy within active project location
Integration of 11.11 launch date as central narrative element
Guest journey planning from arrival through activation engagement
Coordination of valet, registration, and directional flow within site conditions
Alignment of all elements with premium brand positioning
Design & Production
Creation of visual identity aligned with project branding
Installation of branded cubes, signage, and valet arrival setup
Setup of media wall and mirror photobooth
Design and production of interactive activation stations
Setup of bespoke counters including perfume engraving and mixology stations
