Event Objective

To deliver a culturally authentic National day celebration that balanced government formality with a warm, inclusive, family-friendly experience.

Scope of Delivery

Strategy & Planning

• Development of culturally aligned event concept catering all age groups

• Planning of outdoor format to accommodate VIPs, employees, stakeholders, and families

• Zoning of venue across heritage activations, family areas, catering, and stage elements

• Coordination of guest touchpoints including giveaways and printed agendas

• Programming approach focused on accessibility and community participation

Design & Production

·       350sqm shaded seating and stage area created using tented structures, accommodating general guests and VIP seating in a controlled, comfortable environment

·       Installation of traditional entrance gate, areesh tents, and UAE flags

·       Stage platform setup with integrated sound system for live interviews and Q&A sessions

·       Dedicated experiential zones including children’s area and interactive coloring wall

·       Production of branded pins and printed agenda materials

·       Integration of artisan and craft stations within the spatial layout

Experience & Programming

• Heritage program including taghroodah, ayallah, dahrooj

• Live craft activations including henna, weaving, and live pottery

• Interactive portrait elements including caricature and face painting

• Family-focused engagement through children’s activities and creative zones

• Traditional catering including live preparation of luqaimat, regag, jebab, khameer, and Omani Halwa

Outcome

The event delivered a culturally grounded experience that remained both refined and accessible for a diverse audience. The outdoor format encouraged natural flow and engagement across all activations. It successfully combined heritage, community, and inclusivity in a polished setting.
