• Zoning of venue across heritage activations, family areas, catering, and stage elements

• Coordination of guest touchpoints including giveaways and printed agendas

Design & Production

• Installation of traditional entrance gate and UAE flag dressing for arrival experience

• Styling of venue using heritage-inspired elements in a refined presentation format

• Setup of stage platform with integrated sound system for live program use

• Creation of dedicated zones including children’s area and interactive colouring wall

• Production of branded pins and printed collateral

• Integration of artisan and craft stations within spatial layout

Experience & Programming

• Heritage programming including Nait Sha’ar poetry presentation

• Live craft activations including henna, weaving, and handmade activities

• Interactive portrait elements including caricature and face painting

• Family-focused engagement through children’s activities and creative zones

• Traditional catering including live preparation of Omani Halwa

• Informal stage programming supported by light and sound

Outcome
