Event Objective

To deliver a curated, high-touch off-road test drive experience for the Electric G580 that combined product immersion with interactive brand storytelling.

Scope of Delivery

Strategy & Planning

  • Structuring of multi-location experience from Brand Center to Off-Road Experience Center

  • Integration of interactive activations to support product education

  • Coordination of guest handling

  • Alignment of all touchpoints with Mercedes-Benz brand standards

Design & Production

  • Creation of branded arrival and directional signage at Brand Center

  • Setup of registration area

  • Installation of experiential elements including sand sculpture, immersive vehicle display, and mockup

  • Development of interactive stations including magnetic wall and digital customization interface

  • Integration of sound system and curated audio environment

Experience & Programming

  • Guided guest journey from arrival through to test drive experience

  • Interactive activations including perfume blending and customization interface

  • Product immersion through hands-on exploration and visual installations

  • Continuous hospitality service throughout the experience
