Event Objective

To deliver a large-scale employee awards event that combined formal recognition with immersive Union Day celebration, fostering unity and engagement across a diverse workforce.

Scope of Delivery

Strategy & Planning

  • Development of dual-format event integrating awards and cultural celebration

  • Guest journey mapping for 1,500 attendees across multiple zones

  • Planning of digital guest management including RSVP and entry systems

  • Spatial zoning and crowd flow optimization across venue

  • Coordination across stakeholders including client, venue, and production teams

Design & Production

  • Development of hybrid visual concept combining pop-art and cultural elements

  • Creation of distinct pre-function heritage zones and awards environment

  • Design and production of majlis seating and interactive installations

  • Integration of digital platforms including QR entry and raffle systems

  • AV production including stage design and live show elements

  • Structural coordination aligned with venue technical requirements

Experience & Programming

  • Guest journey integrating cultural activations, digital interaction, and awards ceremony

  • Live awards program supported by structured show flow

  • Interactive experiences including media wall and raffle engagement

  • Cultural programming including Ayyalah dancers, henna, and calligraphy

  • Live band performance featuring custom-composed content

Outcome

The event delivered a seamless and immersive experience that combined recognition, celebration, and cultural engagement within a single environment.
