To deliver a seamless dual-format event combining a structured townhall with a large-scale Union Day celebration that reinforced unity and national identity.

Strategy & Planning

• Development of dual-format program combining townhall and outdoor celebration

• Sequencing of event flow from indoor formal session to outdoor engagement

• Planning for large-scale employee gathering within parking area environment

• Coordination of shaded infrastructure to address weather conditions

• Structuring of recognition segment aligned with internal objectives

Design & Production

• Setup of indoor townhall stage with LED screen and lighting support

• Integration of mid-hall LED screen to extend content visibility

• Creation of animated holding content

• Installation of branded mockups aligned with e7 identity

• Setup of activity stations, catering zones, and technical infrastructure

Experience & Programming

• Structured 30-minute townhall

• Transition into outdoor Eid Al Etihad celebration environment

• Cultural activations including henna, calligraphy, and traditional games

• Food and beverage zones including karak station and traditional offerings

• Entertainment including Liwa band, DJ, and falcon presence

• Interactive photo booth experiences including AI-roaming photo bot and 360 spinning video booth

Outcome

The event delivered a cohesive transition from formal communication to large-scale engagement. Shaded infrastructure ensured comfort while maintaining flow across the outdoor experience. It successfully combined recognition, culture, and interaction within a unified format.
