• Creation of open-format event layout featuring food truck and activation zones

• Setup of main stage with integrated lighting, sound, and AV systems

• Installation of seating areas including beanbags, picnic tables, and lounge setups

• Development of branded photo opportunities

• Setup of food kiosks and trucks featuring a mix of international and local offerings

Experience and Programming

• Food-led experience featuring diverse options including branded food trucks and live stations

• Carnival-style games and Roaming entertainment including stilt walkers, cyclists, mirror dancers, jugglers, and neon bear mascot

• Interactive activations including pizza-making and personalized bracelet stations

• Live MC-led programming

• DJ-led music atmosphere supported by main stage setup

• Cultural performance including interactive Dabke dance
